Our Board consists of 8 women who believe in the vision of Dew4Him and work diligently to ensure our growth and service to the community. Each board member brings a significant perspective and talent to our ministry.
Jane Wolfe is the founder and Executive Director of Dew4Him Ministries, Inc. Jane’s passion is to equip and empower women to embrace their identity in Christ and live for Him. Her aim for all women is to “Know God, be strong and take action” in their communities for Christ. At Dew4Him Ministries Jane leads a team of approximately 40 volunteers who minister to inmates at the North Carolina Correctional Facility for Women (the Maximum Security Women’s Prison in Raleigh, NC) and she coordinates Jobs for Life training programs for at risk and under-served women in the community. Additionally, Jane teaches multiple community based Bible studies with a focus on cultivating women as leaders through her Leadership Growth Groups. Jane is a sought after speaker for Women’s conferences, both locally and nationally. Currently, she is part of the Christian Community Development Association Leadership Cohort for 2015-2017.
Jane began by leading in Bible Study Fellowship, which led to the founding of a similar Bible Study in Wendell, NC. For 10 years she trained adult and children’s leaders and delivered an expository lecture to over 200 women weekly. She has been a leader in the Wake County community, teaching God’s word to hundreds of women for more than 25 years.
Jane loves the beach and visits as often as she can, saying “God just seems bigger when you look at the ocean”. She has been married to her husband, Greg for over 30 years and has two daughters, two fat black cats, and one outnumbered and outweighed puppy named Cooper.
Geri Lail is passionate about working with nonprofits. She is a senior tax manager with Thomas, Judy and Tucker, PA and specializes in working with publically supported charities and other tax exempt organizations. Geri graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in December 1995. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and is a North Carolina-licensed CPA. She is also a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Raleigh where she teaches Sunday School and sings with the Worship Team. Geri and her husband Marty have two active boys, Jacob and Matthew.
A North Carolina native, Brenda comes with a business background, as a co owner, with her husband, Rex in their Custom Home Building Company. Bost Homes will celebrate 25 years in the home building industry in 2012. In addition to managing the finances at Bost Homes, Brenda also has a background in the banking industry and holds her Real estate broker's license since 1993. With a love for sharing the Word of God, Brenda is a small group leader in her home to approximately 15 women on Tuesday nights. She and Rex also have a heart for mission work both locally and globally and have traveled the US and abroad on many mission trips where she was able to share Bible Study with both Women and children. Brenda attends Hope Community Church in Raleigh. She and Rex have two son's, a daughter in-law, and two grandsons.
Lynette Dean Johnson fell in love with Jesus at the knees of her maternal grandparents, Milton and Ruth Mincey. She is a North Carolina native, with a passion for at-risk youth and disadvantaged women. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A former Financial Consultant and Investment Advisor, Lynette currently serves the citizens of North Carolina as the Executive Assistant to an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. She is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal and State of North Carolina Notary Public. She and her husband, Stephen, have been married for 23 years and are the proud parents of three sons, Chris, Nick and Matthew. They attend Hephzibah Baptist Church in Wendell where she has served on the Finance Committee and serves as help-meet to her husband as he obeys the Lord's call for their life.
Jennifer Faulkner came to Raleigh in 1991 to attend Meredith College. She graduated in 1995 with a B.S in Interior Design and owns R.E.A.L Elevator Solutions, Inc. with her husband, Tommy. She has served as Vice President of their company since 2001, where she manages the finances of the company as well as all marketing and advertising. Jennifer came to know the Lord through church activities with her family and with friends who attended various community churches in her hometown. Jennifer, Tommy, and their daughter, Reagan attend Capital Community Church in Raleigh.
Tracey has been with Dew4Him from its beginnings. She has worn many hats throughout the years on the board and the lead team. Tracey currently serves as our financial director, secretary of the board and the Jobs for Life Site Leader. Her favorite verse is, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths”, Proverbs 3:5-6. Tracey has embraced God’s call on her life by sharing an amazing testimony of how God delivered her from an abusive past. Tracey is single and is the owner of a professional commercial cleaning business. She shares her home with her two dogs, Lexi and Laci. Tracey’s hobbies are golfing, watching a good movie with her dogs, and spending time with her 9 nieces and nephews. She also enjoys going to the beach to rest in the beauty of God's creation of the ocean.
